Costco 價錢更新~

最近去Costco的時候，留意了一下月子的必備品的價錢。

首先是Tucks medicated pads，這個夾在會陰傷口的地方可以減輕疼痛，自然產的媽咪一定要買起來存。
因為如果只用止痛噴劑的話，等涼涼的感覺過了，灼熱感就又會回來，會不蘇服~
如果兩者一起使用，可以多撐個兩個小時不痛。 

目前Costco的價錢很平穩，沒有隨物價波動。而且價錢也很漂亮，同樣的價錢再外面藥局只買得到一半的分量。這是很值得下手的價錢。

Preparation-H Medicated Wipes: 雖說包裝上的主要用途是擦痔瘡用的，不過也很適合清潔陰部。Costco 的價錢依舊很強，其他地方同樣的價錢大概只能買到兩包。其實等傷口比較恢復以後，就可以用一般的Baby Wipe，不需要用到藥用等級的Medicated pads or wipes。

70%的藥用酒精，也是外面的一半價錢左右。這個是拿來擦拭頭皮的，不過不是直接擦，是用熱水跟酒精1:1 中和之後拿來使用。我在媽媽教室都有教這一點，因為我們不鼓勵坐月子期間猛洗頭，希望媽咪們用熱水加酒精中和代替。清潔是一定要做的，只是要做的有方法。
